Dennis Schroder returned to the Lakers this season after a one-year break throughout which he performed for the Celtics and Rockets.

With LeBron James and D’Angelo Russell being out with accidents, the 29-year-old level guard has extra tasks on the courtroom as he’s now the crew’s major ball handler.

His teammate Anthony Davis was requested about Schroder and his dedication on the courtroom.

“It’s a lot of pressure on his right now,” AD stated about Schroder. “He’s our primary ball handler. We’re missing our two Bron and D-Lo.

“Guys are trying to pick him up full court but he’s finding a way to navigate it. I’m not sure if his ankle is still bothering him or not but he’s very tough. He come out and finished the OKC game, come play Minnesota, play today.

“He wants to stay. He wants to get to the playoffs. He wants to win. So by any means, he’s going to go out there and give it a go.

“And at this point in the season, I think everybody is playing with a little something. Hats off to him. He’s been a huge part for us this entire season.”

This season the German level guard is averaging 12.6 factors, 2.5 rebounds and 4.6 assists in 30.9 minutes per recreation.
