A foiled multimillion-dollar heist at Chile’s largest airport has left two lifeless, officers mentioned Wednesday.

Footage broadly shared on social media reveals a shootout between robbers and officers from Chile’s DGAC aviation company on the Arturo Merino Benitez International Airport in Santiago.

Chief prosecutor Eduardo Baeza mentioned Wednesday the “assault” resulted within the deaths of a DGAC airport safety official and one of many robbers. It occurred at roughly 7:50 a.m. native time (5:50 a.m. ET).
