Uber Technologies Inc. Chief Executive Dara Khosrowshahi’s complete compensation final 12 months rose 22% to $24.3 million, the corporate disclosed Tuesday.
The Uber UBER CEO’s pay package deal included his $1 million base wage, about $14.3 million in inventory awards, about $5.9 million in choice awards, a $2.9 million bonus and almost $170,000 in different compensation that was principally attributed to private journey and safety prices, in line with the corporate proxy that was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
