The menu, a harmonious fusion of conventional and modern flavours, featured dishes that have been each visually gorgeous and palate-pleasing. From the fragile dance of flavours within the sushi to the sturdy richness of the stir-fried noodles, each chew was a celebration of culinary finesse.
