ESPN and TNT are reportedly exploring media rights offers with the NBA that contain smaller packages of video games per season, in response to sources cited by the Wall Street Journal.

This association would allow the league’s most important long-term companions to proceed with extra budget-friendly annual commitments, whereas concurrently offering the NBA the chance to craft a bundle tailor-made for a streaming service.

Notably, Amazon and Apple have already proven curiosity in bidding for a bundle with the NBA.

“They’re benefitting from the fact that there are new entrants who look to want to play,” mentioned Jonathan Miller, former NBA government and chief government of Integrated Media, which makes a speciality of digital media investments.
