Michael Porter Jr. was ejected from the sport between the Nuggets and Spurs after moving into altercation with Zach Collins.
It was his first ejection within the league for the 24-year-old small ahead. After the sport he was requested in regards to the incident.
“I think it was pretty clear what happened,” Porter mentioned. “He got dunked on and he wanted to run up when my back is turned towards him and then get in my face. That’s pretty much all that happened.”
He was then requested what was the reason for the ejection from the referees.
“They said because I put my hand on his neck, but that’s natural reaction,” the Nuggets ahead mentioned. “He’s lucky he didn’t get hit by being in my face like that. That’s a split second reaction. That’s what they told me.”
