The New Orleans Pelicans have formally signed 24-year-old guard Izaiah Brockington, who made appearances in two video games with the Pelicans’ G League affiliate, the Birmingham Squadron, final season.
Brockington garnered consideration throughout his senior season at Iowa State University. He was acknowledged with All-Big 12 First Team honors, averaging 16.9 factors, 6.8 rebounds, 1.6 assists, and 1.3 steals per sport.
With a collegiate profession spanning 125 video games throughout St. Bonaventure, Penn State, and Iowa State, Brockington maintained a stable common of 10.4 factors, 3.9 rebounds, and 1.3 assists.
To make room for Brockington, the Pelicans have made the choice to waive Landers Nolley II.
