Manchester City charged by English FA after Haaland and Co. surrounded referee in Premier League draw with Tottenham

Manchester City was charged on Monday after Erling Haaland and different gamers surrounded the referee as a result of the match official did not play benefit for a possible scoring likelihood late within the 3-3 draw with Tottenham within the English Premier League.

The English Football Association alleged that City “failed to ensure their players do not behave in a way which is improper.”

Haaland was notably offended with referee Simon Hooper’s resolution to not play benefit and continued his complaints after the ultimate whistle, expressing his frustration in a submit on X — previously referred to as Twitter — when responding to video of the stoppage-time incident. The FA did not say Haaland would face separate motion for his conduct.
