Ennis’ NRL teaching ambitions revealed as premiership winner joins Sea Eagles workers

Fox League’s Michael Ennis is ready to hitch the Manly teaching workers from subsequent season to work with the membership’s backbone.

Ennis will substitute Shane Flanagan on Anthony Seibold’s teaching workers and in response to The Daily Telegraph’s Phil Rothfield, the premiership-winning hooker will work on the Sea Eagles “two days a week”.

Manly is Ennis’ fourth membership he’s held a training position at, following stints on the Sharks, Raiders and Eels.

“Shane Flanagan has left to go to the Dragons and one of our Fox Sports colleagues Michael Ennis is joining Anthony Seibold’s coaching staff and his job is to work at the spine,” Rothfield reported on NRL 360.

“He was in charge of pathways at Cronulla, before that he was at Parramatta, before that he was at Canberra.”

Ennis labored on the Raiders in 2019, which was the season Canberra reached the grand last.

Rothfield and Braith Anasta spoke on Ennis’ want to sooner or later lead an NRL facet.

“He’s a very busy man here at Fox but deep down I think he does want to be an NRL head coach,” Rothfield mentioned.

“I think he’s a really good appointment at Manly, he did great things at Canberra and Ricky Stuart didn’t want him to leave.”

“I know he’s got ambitions to coach,” Anasta added.

Ennis performed 274 video games throughout 14 seasons, successful two premierships with the Broncos and Sharks.
