“I think we’ve been able to do with selections is get the balance right to those who have done the job before but also being loyal and mindful to current form.
“Once we get that team into camp, we place an enormous value on getting our preparation right. Every single day we try and execute our preparation as best we can, we don’t leave any stone unturned.
“I think it’s held us in really good stead and it has set us up for a couple of good years that we’ve had the past two seasons.”
