Veteran coach Tim Sheens shook up the Tigers’ backbone forward of the Round 4 conflict, shifting Adam Doueihi to fullback with Brandon Wakeham taking on at five-eighth.

“If you look at the World Cup … (Doueihi’s) size when he chimes in on the edges, he is a big fullback,” Sheens earlier this week.

“Big fullbacks like Latrell and company are hard to nail one-on-one with the football.

“He’s got good skills to get the ball away, and he reads the game very well. It’s just him reading the game and organising the offence that is a bonus for us.”

Meanwhile, Storm celebrity Cameron Munster appears to be like set to make his return after recovering from a finger harm he sustained in Round 1.

The five-eighth had a pin faraway from his finger on Wednesday, finishing Melbourne’s last coaching run earlier than Friday’s match.

“We’ll see how (Munster) pulls up after (training) – he got through that OK,” Storm coach Craig Bellamy informed reporters on Thursday.

“I don’t see any issues but I’m sure the doc will have a look at it and make sure there isn’t any dangers — it will be a medical decision.

“We’re not going so well at the moment and he wants to come out and help.”

Storm halfback Jahrome Hughes will likely be unavailable after failing to have his late contact cost downgraded by the NRL judiciary.

Kick-off in Melbourne is scheduled for 6pm AEDT.
