“We have got an amazing thing going on (with) ‘Up the Wahs’ at the moment and it is special in New Zealand, I just want to thank you guys so much for that.

“The two coaches on the weekend in those two teams, I am so proud to win this award, I really am. But to have two coaches in the grand final on the weekend.

“To get your teams there is amazing, so Ivan and Kevin, I just want to wish you such the best of luck. I know how special it is and I know it’s going to be a hell of a game of football.”
