New Delhi: The final date to recieve feedback on TRAI’s Draft Telecommunication Mobile Number Portability (Ninth Amendment) Regulations, 2023 has been additional prolonged to subsequent month.
Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) launched a Draft Telecommunication Mobile Number Portability (Ninth Amendment) Regulations, 2023 on 27.09.2023. The final date for receiving written feedback on the above-said draft rules from stakeholders was fastened as 25.10.2023.
Keeping in view the request of an business affiliation for extension of time for submission of feedback, it has been determined to increase the final date for submission of written feedback as much as 08.11.2023, stated an official launch.

Telecommunication Mobile Number Portability Regulations, 2009 (8 of 2009) issued by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India lays down the regulatory framework for Mobile Number Portability (MNP) within the nation. Till date eight amendments of the Telecommunication Mobile Number Portability Regulations, 2009 have been issued.
Draft Telecommunication Mobile Number Portability (Ninth modification) Regulations, 2023, in search of inputs from the stakeholders have been positioned on TRAl’s web site (www.trai.gov.in).
