The firm and Morgan Stanley’s representatives have informed buyers that Saudi Arabia’s Water and Electricity Holding Company, a part of the nation’s sovereign wealth fund, and United Arab Emirates’ Alpha Dhabi are a part of the funding spherical, in accordance with the report.
