Three youngsters have been discovered useless in a Texas dwelling and two others have been taken to hospitals Friday afternoon, the Ellis County Sheriff’s Office mentioned.
All 5 have been siblings, Child Protective Services confirmed to Mahaz News affiliate WFAA.
They have been in “temporary CPS care,” in keeping with Tiffani Butler with the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services.
The house is within the small city of Italy, about 40 miles south of Dallas.
“We are shocked by this incomprehensible tragedy, and already working with law enforcement to investigate how this happened, and why,” Butler instructed Mahaz News.
Sheriff’s Deputy Jerry Cozby mentioned a suspect has been detained and “there is no danger to the public at this time.”
