Following India’s crushing nine-wicket defeat to Australia within the third Test in Indore, the International Cricket Council (ICC) declared the pitch used for the match as “poor” below the ICC Pitch and Outfield Monitoring Process. The pitch obtained a variety of criticism from specialists because of the uneven tempo and bounce on supply with 30 wickets falling in simply two days.
