Adidas extends CFO’s contract, whereas two different executives are on the best way out

Adidas AG mentioned Wednesday that it has prolonged the contract of finance chief Harm Ohlmeyer for an extra three years and that two members of the chief board are to step down.

mentioned. His abilities will assist the corporate flip issues round, Chief Executive Bjorn Gulden mentioned, as Adidas confirmed 2023 shall be a 12 months of transition for the corporate after a tough 2022.

Global gross sales chief Roland Auschel will in the meantime step down from the board after 33 years with the corporate and ten on the board, Adidas mentioned. He shall be changed by Arthur Hoeld, at present EMEA regional chief, from April 1.

Global manufacturers chief Brian Grevy may even step down on the finish of the month, Adidas mentioned. Mr. Gulden will take over his obligations for the group’s product and advertising actions; it will allow “the required fast decision-making across all business units and departments,” Adidas mentioned.
