U.S. existing-home gross sales drop in October to lowest degree since 2010

The numbers: U.S. existing-home gross sales fell 4.1% in October to a seasonally adjusted annual price of three.79 million, the National Association of Realtors stated Tuesday. Sales have fallen for 5 straight months and are actually at their lowest degree for the reason that summer season of 2010. They are down 14.6% from a 12 months in the past.
