Ahead of the T20I sequence towards New Zealand, Australia T20I captain Mitchell Marsh revealed the workforce’s high batting order. Marsh revealed that the highest three spots are “pretty much set,” with him batting third and Travis Head and David Warner starting the innings. That may look ugly at times, but I think we’ve got a team that bats right down to eight or nine and can really apply pressure with the bat,” he elaborated.
The sequence shall be performed from February 21-25 which shall be adopted by a two-match Test sequence which can begin on February 29. This can be the final bilateral sequence for the Australian facet forward of the much-awaited T20 World Cup which can happen within the West Indies and the United States of America.
