Sarfarz Khan’s run out mix-up with Ravindra Jadeja made plenty of noise within the third India vs England Test. Sarfaraz Khan was enjoying a fast-paced innings and regarded like going for a giant rating when the horrible mix-up with Ravindra Jadeja occurred. Safaraz Khan had by then scored a 48-ball half-century, the joint quickest to the mark by an India Test debutant within the post-independence period. However, simply when it regarded like Sarfaraz Khan would go on to place up a giant rating, he bought run out.

Now, AB de Villiers has given his tackle the problem. “Sarfaraz getting a 60-odd, getting run out unfortunately by Jaddu. Jaddu certainly was the guilty party in this instance but you could see the disappointment in his body language when he got his 100 just after that. The way he celebrated after that was very calm; he was very disppointed that he ran the young man out. It was great to see from an experienced campaigner taking responsibility and almost showing remorse on the pitch,” de Villiers stated in his YouTube channel. “Sarfaraz had to walk off at 62, his first-ever Test match.”

Sarfaraz Khan opened up on his dismissal on the finish of day’s play.

“At times there is miscommunication, and it is a part of the game. Sometimes you get run out. Such kind of things happen,” Sarfaraz Khan  stated within the post-match convention.

Sarfaraz Khan added that Ravindra Jadeja helped him all through his innings. “I talked to him at lunch time. I am that type of batter who like to talk while batting about what is going on. So, I told Jadeja to keep talking to me while I bat. He supported me a lot today and spoke to me at lunchtime,” Sarfaraz Khan stated.

“He told me how the debutants feel and how he felt as a debutant. I was a bit nervous, especially when I played my first sweep and missed it. But he told me to take some time and it would be easy. I listened to him and tried implementing it.”.

On what Jadeja stated on the run out, Sarfaraz stated: “He said there was a bit of miscommunication, but I said it’s okay.”
