This public sale is the build-up to the inaugural version of the Women’s Premier League, India’s T20 franchise ladies’s match. Of the 5, three franchises are already accustomed to the IPL public sale dynamics, whereas the 2 new entrants – Gujarat Giants, owned by the Adanis, and UP Warriorz, owned by Capri Global – even have a good understanding of cricket auctions, due to their investments within the different abroad leagues.

But this being the primary public sale of a ladies’s franchise league, equations are prone to be completely different as a complete of 448 cricketers will go beneath the hammer – of which 269 are Indians and 179 are abroad (19 of that are from the affiliate nations).
