Sharing close-up photos of Athiya Shetty’s kalire from the marriage day, her stylist Ami Patel wrote in her Instagram caption, “The saptapadi – the seven vows of marriage taken around the fire as witness. So were Athiya’s kalire charms. The seven vows engraved in Sanskrit on the sun and little sunflowers embellished on the kaliras made them so charming and special. Kalire by Mrinalini Chandra.”
The jewelry designer, too, took to Instagram to share a sequence of photos and movies of Athiya’s bridal accent. She stated the kalire have been handcrafted by karigars (artisans) of Jaipur and Lucknow.
