Earlier, the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner’s Office reported that Dex was declared lifeless at his residence. According to reviews, his girlfriend dialed 911 and known as for paramedics when he apparently locked himself within the rest room. Emergency responders later found him unconscious within the rest room of a residence in Los Angeles.

Days after Dex’s loss of life, Dana revealed on Instagram that the loss of life of his son was from an unintended overdose. He wrote, “To anyone struggling with addiction or who loves someone struggling with addiction, you are in our hearts and prayers.”
