Mumbai: Actor-producer John Abraham has bought a 13,138 sq ft floor plus two storey bungalow dealing with Linking Road in Khar for ₹70.83 crore.
The property, owned by 81-year-old Pravin Nathalal Shah, a resident of Pennsylvania, USA, and his household, contains an open land space of seven,722 sq ft and current two-story bungalow Nirmal Bhuvan spanning 5,416 sq ft.
Abraham, who starred within the 2023 blockbuster Pathaan, registered the settlement on the market for the property on December 27 with 10-members of the Shah household, most of whom reside within the US now, in accordance with registration paperwork accessed by IndexTap.com.
